Two artists, David Petersen and Jesse Glenn, went digging through stacks of old drawings and story ideas from twenty plus years ago with the thought, "What would these characters be like if we were working on this project today?"

Here you will find the video series documenting the history of these old projects and the thoughts that went into revisiting and revising these well loved (mostly) characters from the past.

David Petersen

David was born and raised in Flint, Michigan, where he climbed trees, built forts, and made up stories in his mind and on paper.

Later, he graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a BFA in Printmaking.

David's New York Times best-selling and award winning graphic novel series, Mouse Guard, is published in 15 languages and was option in 2016 by 20th Century Fox for feature film adaption.

David and his wife, Julia, reside in Michigan with their Anatolian Shepherds, Bronwyn and Coco.

Jesse Glenn

Jesse is a Freelance Illustrator from Michigan who is working toward a focus on comic art and storytelling.

He's spent the last 20 years focusing on live theatre for work and pleasure, but has recently turned his attention back to visual/print art for his future career.

He works from home where his wife, Tomoko, and their pesky cats can keep him company.

Yes, Jesse sings, too. That mic isn't just for show.
